I hail from the vibrant city of Edinburgh and I must say, I am a sucker for a location that combines the tranquility of the countryside with the convenience of city access. the lodge provided me with the perfect blend of nature sounds and quick taxi rides to both the heart of Edinburgh and the nearby racecourse in Musselburgh. the walk-in closets were a delightful surprise, offering ample space for my belongings. the hot tub was an added bonus, allowing us to relax after a day of exploring. Though we missed out on dining at the main house due to a wedding, I am already planning a return visit to experience the champagne terrace. This property truly exceeded my expectations and I cannot wait to come back.
